Продукты: тесто: творог 200 г яйцо 2 шт. молоко кислое или кефир 500 мл картофельные хлопья 2,5 ст. л. (можно заменить картофельным пюре) сахар 2 ч.л. соль 0,5 ч. л. сода 1 ч. л. мука 300 г растительное масло для жарки
начинка: куриное филе 300 г грибы 100 г лук 2 шт. сметана 1 ст. л. зелень соль перец растительное масло 1-2 ст. л.
Приготовление: Творог взбить с яйцами и половиной молока, добавить соль, сахар, картофельные хлопья и муку, размешать. В оставшуюся часть молока всыпать соду, размешать, чтобы она погасилась, вылить молоко в тесто, взбить венчиком или миксером и отставить.
Для начинки куриное филе мелко нарезать (можно фарш, НО не поленитесь, нарежьте, 300 г – это очень быстро, зато совсем другая песня!) , так же мелко нарезать грибы и лук. Все компоненты хорошенько перемешать, добавить соль, перец и масло.
Выкладываем наш «фарш» на сковородку и обжариваем до готовности курицы, в конце добавляем зелень и сметану для связки. Начинка получается сочная.
На хорошо нагретую сковороду (для электро плиты: 5 из 9-и) небольшого диаметра (18 см) наливаем блинное тесто (я наливаю в 2 раза больше, чем для тонких блинчиков. На одну половину кладём плоско 2 ст. л. начинки, ближе к середине, оставляя края свободными. С помощью лопатки сворачиваем блинчик пополам, накрывая свободным краем начинку. Края прижимаем лопаткой плотно, но нежно, чтобы не порвать, передвигаем получившийся «чебурек» ближе к середине и накрываем крышкой, через полминуты переворачиваем пирожок и опять накрываем крышкой. Несколько секунд – и снимаем пирожок со сковороды! Далее, поступаем так же.
